Categories of Membership
Individual MembershipIndividual members are persons actively engaged in the design, manufacturing, management, service, technical support, or education of technologies used in healthcare delivery and are interested in contributing to the improvement of these technologies. Individual members must possess at least one year of experience working with healthcare technology in a healthcare, research, manufacturing, consultative environment, or military equivalent. Individual: $15.00 annually Associate MembershipAssociate members are persons who do not meet the requirements for individual membership but are interested in contributing to META and its purpose and goals. Associate: $15.00 annually Student MembershipStudent members are those who are currently registered as a full-time student in a recognized school of higher learning and are interested in becoming professionals in the field of healthcare technology. Student: $15.00 for 2 years Corporate or Partner MembershipThese membership types are available to companies and institutions. Please contact Mary Coker at 804-815-4781 for details. Before applyling for a new membership, you may want to check your
membership status. People who signed up for the original META mailing
list have been given a Limited Membership, which
may be upgraded through renewal instead of reapplying. ApplicationOn-Line - Sign up electronically using a web form and
paying dues by credit card. This method provides instant gratification -
upon completion you will receive an e-mail with your META membership ID
and web site login. Mail-In - This method is for those who prefer to pay by check. Download and complete the application form below and mail it in with your dues payment. You will be contacted when your membership is activated (approx 1-2 weeks).
